Welcome to the official website of The Write That Stays Group. By using this website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it. Where a service has its own rules (such as the Jade shop guides or the Member and registration data notice), those rules apply. The Traditional Chinese version prevails if the two differ.

2. Intellectual property
Films, music, photographs, text, logos, layouts and other content on this website belong to The Write That Stays Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. You may view the website and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except for uses the law allows, you may not reproduce, adapt, broadcast, distribute, sell or otherwise use the content commercially without prior written permission.
3. Accounts and registration
When you create an account or register for an event, provide true and accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. Submitting a registration does not mean you have been accepted; each event’s eligibility, places and process are set out in its announcement.
4. Shopping
Purchases in the Jade shop — product information, prices, payment, delivery, returns and refunds — follow the shopping information and guides on that page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. What you send us
Proposals, treatments, works or materials you send through an enquiry, a registration or otherwise remain yours or their owner’s. Until both sides sign a written agreement, sending them does not mean we accept a collaboration, owe confidentiality or will pay a fee; we may already be developing, or may later develop, similar subjects and works. Please do not send material you do not have the right to share.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with or disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access to administration or other people’s data, scrape content at scale, or use the website for anything unlawful.
7. Links and embedded content
This website links to or embeds external services such as YouTube and social and music platforms. They are provided by those platforms under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.
8. Disclaimer
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Production progress, release dates and event details may change; the latest announcement applies.
