Group work chats, delivery push notifications, advertisements all came through, but not the person she was waiting for. Scrolling back through chat history—from breakfast choices, work happenings, to when each got off work—they had shared so much life. But once the other person didn’t respond, she began doubting whether she was too proactive or if the care she sincerely placed in their conversations was just casual chatting to him.
